Studio Collection
Studio collection is available by appointment only.
Your flowers will be prepared for your agreed collection time and carefully wrapped for transport. Please collect during your confirmed collection window, as fresh flowers are delicate and perishable.
Once flowers leave the studio, Bloomsmith cannot be responsible for damage caused by transport, delayed onward delivery, heat, cold, incorrect handling or lack of water.
For larger arrangements and vessel designs, please ensure you have suitable transport. Designs should be kept upright and handled carefully at all times.
Local Delivery
Limited local delivery may be available on selected days and for selected orders.
Delivery is not guaranteed unless it has been agreed in advance and confirmed by Bloomsmith. Delivery charges are quoted separately and depend on location, order size, timing and logistics.
Where needed, delivery may be arranged through a trusted assistant, courier, taxi or third-party transport provider.
Delivery Information
Please provide the correct delivery address, recipient name, contact number and any access instructions when placing your order.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour, at reception, or return them to the studio. Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra charge.
Bloomsmith is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.
Notice Periods
Signature bouquets and standard arrangements usually require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Larger vessel arrangements, business flowers, subscriptions and private event flowers may require additional notice.
We do not currently operate as a same-day delivery florist unless this has been specifically agreed in writing.
Private Events & Business Flowers
Delivery, installation, setup, breakdown and collection for private events and business flowers are quoted separately according to location, scale, timing and requirements.
These services must be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
Missed Collections
If an order is not collected during the agreed collection window, we will hold the flowers where reasonably possible. However, due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot guarantee freshness beyond the agreed collection time.
Refunds are not issued for missed or uncollected orders.
